After 4 years absence exhibiting his collections in the main galleries of  Germany, Italy and  Spain, and participant several international exhibitions, Andris Lauders is now back in Latvia with his eminent, bright and highly professional works.
In the new exhibition he offers his newest jewellery collection: adornments, earrings, bangles, bracelets, pins, rings, cuff links and tie pins.
The artist’s style, as for the graduate for Tallinn Institute of Art, is avant-garde, bright and singular.
His jewellery brings us an Egyptian mood. The artist is still devoted to this theme, it appears as golden lines on a silver background and as exotic materials, for example, mammoth tusk, in compositions.
Saphires, Australian opals, cornelian, Bethlehem star, onyx, lapis lazuli – these an other precious stones starts a new life in Andris Lauders jewellery. For the nature is the main artist and a human-artist is just a tool with a talent and skilful hands to make those materials alive.
Specially processed and treated, high carat gold and silver becomes whitely matted and turns the jewelleries in a kind of cosmic objects. And even the shapes of the bracelets reminds us unknown flying objects.
These fascinating, original and extravagant jewelleries will adorn and rise an image of such as bright personality, enriching it visually and adding the power of precious materials.
