Dark night that is not a night at all.<\/p>\n

Deserted place that is not a place at all.<\/p>\n

A dark, which breaths in charcoal quiet.<\/p>\n

Invisible snow swirls past\u2026 almost silent steps.<\/p>\n

Oily, vibrant moon, and a radiating creature approaching in black wind\u2026<\/p>\n

WITCHES \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n

A series of large-format paintings on strong personalities – witches of Riga, inspired by Rainis “Fire and Night” character Spidola.<\/p>\n

A mystical, witchy creature that combines dazzling beauty and elusive abyss. Despite its cooperation with the forces of darkness, it is always able to reject the call of the Black Knight to fulfill his intentions. Instead, she chooses to create her own! A being who draws strength and wisdom from elusive spheres and forces that others do not understand or are afraid of. She is aware that without darkness, there can be no light. In the words of Rainis \u201cFire and Night\u201d, she says her mantra:<\/p>\n

I am I, I come myself,<\/p>\n

I’m leaving myself, I don’t know where –<\/p>\n

where I would like –<\/p>\n

I shine by my own light,<\/p>\n

I, Spidola, Fire is my father.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
